The initiative is curated by Andrei Ilie, Head of AI at Instantly.ai, and Alex Gavril, CEO of ▲promocrat and founder of ▲neomixers.

Andrei Ilie brings experience across AI engineering, automation, product development, and growth, with a focus on deploying AI systems and building AI-driven businesses through ASYNNC GROUP. Alex Gavril contributes the ecosystem-building perspective. Through ▲promocrat, he has spent more than a decade supporting the local technology ecosystem through consulting, mentoring, investments, and community initiatives, while ▲neomixers has grown into one of Bucharest's most active curated tech communities.

Together, the organizers aim to create a gathering that combines the depth of an executive offsite with the openness of a community-driven event, bringing together people actively working on the development, adoption, and implementation of AI.

Instantly.ai joins AI House Bucharest as Main Sponsor, reflecting the event's focus on practical AI applications across growth, sales, automation, and go-to-market functions.

The event is also supported by ElevenLabs as Experience Partner and Bolt as Mobility Partner.

What to expect

Across the two days, participants can expect a program built around the practical realities of building, adopting, and scaling AI. The agenda includes keynote sessions, live discussions, workshops, builder hot seats, think tank-style conversations, curated introductions, and networking opportunities designed to encourage knowledge sharing between participants.

Beyond the formal sessions, AI House Bucharest also places a strong emphasis on creating space for informal interactions. Shared meals, evening gatherings, music, and hospitality experiences are intended to help participants build relationships beyond the conference setting.

The event is intentionally designed for a small, curated audience. The core experience is limited to 50 approved participants, with applications reviewed to ensure a mix of founders, operators, investors, researchers, practitioners, and technology executives.

The two-day gathering will conclude with an expanded evening mixer, bringing together AI House participants and additional guests from the wider technology and AI ecosystem.

AI House Bucharest will take place on June 19-20 in Otopeni, near Bucharest. Applications are now open.
