Hive (Кошер), Bulgaria's biggest business event, returns on 17 and 18 September with a new format built around one big question: what will define the country's economy over the next ten years. Organised by Tuk-Tam, the forum brings together 4,000+ participants — established entrepreneurs and professionals, young people looking for direction, and companies that want to help shape what business in Bulgaria looks like next.

This edition puts the visitor at the centre. Instead of a one-way stage, the programme is built from open discussions and workshops where attendees can ask questions and talk directly with the people behind real business decisions. More than 100 of the most recognisable names in business, technology and finance take part, including:

  • Tsvetanka Mincheva — CEO of UniCredit Bulbank and one of the leading figures in Bulgarian banking
  • Orlin Radev — founder & CEO of AMPECO, a Bulgarian company building EV charging management software for international markets
  • Svetozar Georgiev — co-founder of Telerik Academy and Campus X, behind some of Bulgaria's most visible entrepreneurial and educational projects
  • Diana Stefanova — partner at BrightCap Ventures, a fund investing in tech companies with growth potential beyond Bulgaria

What to Expect

Day one (17 September, Inter Expo Center) tackles how Bulgarian companies can grow amid talent shortages, rapid technological change and intensifying international competition — looking not just at growth itself, but the conditions behind it: talent, capital, markets and new skills.

Day two (18 September, Toplocentrala) shifts to who moves those changes forward, bringing together business, institutions and education around how Bulgaria stays competitive and attractive over the coming decade. On site, visitors can also meet leading employers to understand where the job market is heading and which skills will be in demand, while exhibition spaces showcase Bulgarian innovations with potential for the next ten years.
