The 2026 edition of conference is built around Abu Dhabi's goal of becoming the world's first AI-native government, with public services redesigned around AI from the ground up. The Department of Government Enablement (DGE) is deploying those systems now, and it will have a significant presence at the conference, incl. H.E. Ahmed Tamim Hisham Al Kuttab, chairman; H.E. Conference tracks
AI Summit: New Intelligence. Sovereign AI and compute partnerships, global AI governance, intelligence as sovereign infrastructure, quantum-powered AI, and AI for drug discovery. Speakers include Gautier Cloix, CEO of French agentic AI company H Company, and Prof Dr Virginia Dignum, professor of responsible AI at Umeå University.
Intelligent Infrastructure and New Energy. Sovereign compute, neoclouds and hyperscalers, energy and sustainable scale, new digital borders, and embodied and physical AI. Gauri Singh, deputy director general of IRENA, speaks on this track.
AI Government Excellence Forum. Building the AI-native state, AI in education and workforce, and agentic intelligence. Speakers include Mario Nobile, director general of Italy's digital agency AGID, Ramanan Ramanathan of the India AI Mission, and Yonghua Lin, vice president and chief engineer at the Beijing Academy of Artificial Intelligence.
AI 360. Enterprise deployment across finance, healthcare, energy, retail and manufacturing, with sessions on banking, AI agents for customer experience, and industrial operations. Speakers include Mohamed Jamal Eddine, group CDIO at AD Ports Group, Alexander Haywood, CEO of MetisJean, and Umesh Sachdev, co-founder of Uniphore.
