Championing the theme “*Where CEE professionals learn to build better digital products*,” this year’s edition will explore how teams can make stronger product decisions **as AI reshapes the way digital products are researched**, **designed**, and **managed**.

## What to expect

The programme will look at how AI is changing product management, discovery, and user research, as well as how teams can make sound strategic decisions in an uncertain economy and build healthy, effective product organizations.

The conference will feature more than **15 speakers**, including leaders and practitioners with experience at **GitHub, Miro, Stripe, Mind the Product**, and companies working across product, AI, and organizational change. **Simina Pasat, Jaïr Halevi, Aleodor Tabarcea, Martin Eriksson, Radhika Dutt, Büşra Coşkuner, Arne Kittler,** and **Simone Maria Parazzoli** are among those joining the programme. 

On **29 October**, the day before the conference, three workshops will offer a more hands-on look at **product metrics, complex problem-solving, and strategic decision-making**, led by Büşra Coşkuner, Radhika Dutt, and Martin Eriksson.

### A stage for early-stage startups

Prow will also host the second edition of **PROWpeller**, giving ten early-stage technology startups a dedicated space in the Startup Expo to present their products to conference attendees. The three selected teams will pitch on the conference stage, and one startup will have the opportunity to secure a **€150,000 investment ticket from Vest Ventures**. Selected participants will also receive fast-track access to the selection process for the next Vest Ventures Accelerator cohort.

Across its talks, workshops, and startup programme, **Prow Conference** brings together the people building, leading, researching, and investing in digital products across the region.
