On 25–26 November 2026, PlanX Conference will bring founders, operators and investors to Grand Hyatt Dubai for two days focused on the practical challenges of building and scaling businesses in the UAE and beyond. Organisers expect more than 2,000 participants from startups, SaaS, fintech, ecommerce, agencies and other growth-oriented sectors.

Rather than centering on broad predictions, PlanX is built around decisions entrepreneurs face every day: finding customers, putting AI to work, raising capital, entering new markets and building teams that can scale. Its programme spans four themes, Growth, Leverage, Network and Future, delivered through keynotes, panel discussions, workshops and hands-on deep dives.

The format is deliberately oriented towards implementation: organisers say each session will close with a concrete action attendees can put to work immediately.

The agenda brings together perspectives from prominent regional investors and entrepreneurs, including Fadi Ghandour, Executive Chairman of Wamda Capital, and Noor Sweid, Founder and Managing Partner of Global Ventures. HELPBNK founder Simon Squibb will share his approach to building an audience and translating attention into business opportunities.

Technology takes a central role, with sessions exploring how AI agents can support real workflows, how founders can automate operations without expanding headcount, and whether AI could reshape venture capital. Other conversations examine the UAE's position as an emerging AI and Web3 hub, access to finance for SMEs, digital assets in the Gulf and strategies for expanding into and out of the MENA region.

Beyond the main stage, participants can join workshops on sales, content marketing, pitching and negotiation, alongside networking sessions designed to connect them with potential customers, partners and investors.

For international founders assessing opportunities in the Gulf, and regional entrepreneurs looking to grow beyond their home markets, PlanX offers a practical look at the people, technologies and business models shaping the next phase of entrepreneurship.
