The Dubai FinTech Summit takes place on 2 and 3 November as the anchor event of Dubai Future Finance Week. Now in its fourth edition, it convenes global banking, capital markets and FinTech leaders, alongside regulators and investors, to debate the future architecture of financial services.

The event examines how finance will evolve through new technology, policy and collaboration, with a focus on payments, digital assets and financial inclusion. It is designed for decision-makers and centred on real-world outcomes and the partnerships that influence global finance. The event strengthens Dubai's role as a financial hub and aligns with the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 goal of placing Dubai among the top four global financial hubs by 2033.

This year's programme is built around eight strategic themes:

- Insurance and risk
- Digital assets and tokenisation
- Payments, cross-border corridors and embedded finance
- Start-up and investor marketplace
- Private capital and WealthTech
- AI, data and decisioning
- Sustainability and ESG finance
- Future-proofing finance

Headline speakers currently include Nicolas Moreau, Chief Executive Officer of HSBC Asset Management, and Noel Quinn, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Julius Baer. They are joined by Dr Shanu S.P. Hinduja, Chair of S.P. Hinduja Banque Privée, and Fatih Karahan, Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye.
