Organized by weXelerate, the third edition focuses on HR & People: an area where companies are being presented with a growing number of AI products, while identifying solutions that can deliver measurable value remains difficult.

The event is designed to help both sides assess that fit more closely. More than 50 HR and AI leaders are expected to meet 25+ vetted startups through pitches, audience feedback, working sessions, and direct conversations around corporate challenges.

## Three things attendees can look forward to

1. **Demo Day and Hot Seat Sessions:** Ten selected startups will present their AI and HR solutions through five-minute pitches, followed by three minutes of questions, live feedback, and audience voting.
2. **Co-Creation Roundtables:** Corporates will bring real HR and people challenges into two 45-minute working sessions, where startups and participants can examine potential solutions together.
3. **Networking:** The day concludes with an open networking session, giving founders, HR leaders, and innovation teams time to continue the conversations started during the pitches and roundtables.

## Who should attend?

The event is built for product-focused startups developing scalable software, platforms, and technology for HR and people operations, as well as corporate HR and innovation leaders exploring how AI could address specific organizational needs.

For startups, the event offers access to corporate decision-makers, potential pilot and proof-of-concept opportunities, participation in the roundtables, and visibility through the event’s startup marketplace.

Corporate participants can submit a current HR or people challenge before the event and work through it with relevant startups during a dedicated roundtable. They will also have access to the complete startup pitch program and the wider networking session.

### How to take part

Startup participation is free and subject to a curated selection process. Applications to pitch are open until September 20, 2026.
